Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Since we operate on a cash-on-delivery basis, refunds will be processed through the same method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used kits cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
